Robert Kibaara is a seasoned banking executive who has served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of HF Group Plc since December 2018. With over 24 years of experience in the financial sector, he has successfully steered the institution through a major strategic transformation, evolving it from a traditional mortgage lender into a diverse, full-service retail and SME bank. Prior to leading HF Group, Kibaara held various high-level leadership positions at top financial institutions, including NIC Bank, National Bank of Kenya, Standard Chartered, and Barclays Bank. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sunderland and a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
