Sarah Pomeranz

Sarah Pomeranz is a social entrepreneur, global speaker, and business leader dedicated to bridging corporate strategy with social impact. She is the founder and CEO of Consultants for Impact, a global nonprofit ecosystem that helps management and strategy consultants transition their analytical skillsets into high-impact roles across public service, global development, and sustainability. Under her leadership, the organization has scaled to a network of over 1,500 consultants, facilitating career placements into major entities like the World Bank and various government agencies.Before launching her nonprofit, Pomeranz worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture in Washington, D.C., where she advised high-profile clients, including the World Economic Forum. Her interest in social enterprise began during her studies at Rutgers Business School, where she graduated summa cum laude and co-founded Sulis, a social venture that engineered solar-powered water purification technology for rural communities in India. This venture earned global recognition, advancing to the finals of the prestigious $1 million Hult Prize Accelerator.As an industry speaker, Pomeranz delivered a notable TEDx talk titled "How Not To Ruin the World with Your Good Intentions," which examines how to effectively align corporate methodologies with genuine community needs. Her contributions to the field have earned her industry accolades, including being named a "Rising Star of the Consulting Profession" by Consulting Magazine. Continuing her commitment to global development, she advanced her studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) starting in late 2025.
