Operating out of Kong'ou Market along the Sango Rota–Kong'ou Road, the store serves both direct household consumers and smaller local kiosks by bypassing costly city-center supply chains to offer competitive discount pricing. A major catalyst for this rapid expansion has been Samson’s strategic leverage of digital marketing and chat-commerce. By utilizing localized distribution frameworks and a dedicated digital storefront, the enterprise manages structured bulk orders and home deliveries across regions like Nyamanyinga and Bolo.
