Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (HiH EA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Kenya that focuses on poverty reduction through job creation and sustainable enterprise development. Established in 2010, it is a member of the Hand in Hand Global Network, which works to empower marginalized communities, especially women and youth, by providing the skills and training necessary to build independent, market-based businesses
