Dwayne Ashley

Dwayne Ashley is a trailblazing American fundraising executive, author, and entrepreneur renowned for transforming the landscape of social-impact philanthropy. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Philanthropic Consulting (BPC), he leads the nation's largest Black-owned full-service fundraising firm, an institution he established in 2016 to infuse cultural competency and equity into charitable giving. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Ashley has successfully raised over $2 billion for capital campaigns and social justice initiatives, establishing himself as a premier architect of financial sustainability for non-profit organizations nationwide.Before launching BPC, Ashley built an extensive executive track record driving growth for some of America's most prominent African American organizations and cultural institutions. He served as the President and CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, where he forged powerful corporate alliances with global brands like Microsoft and Coca-Cola to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
