Ali Noor Ismail is the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Pest Control Products Board (PCPB) in Kenya, having been appointed by President William Ruto in July 2025 for a three-year term. He is a seasoned civil servant best known for his previous role as the Principal Secretary (PS) for the State Department for Cooperative Development.
