ThinkLab

The communications regulatory authority of Mozambique, INCM, launched ThinkLab in September 2025 as a new incubator designed to support local startups and entrepreneurs in the digital sector, with twelve startups selected for the first incubation cycle operating in health, transport, finance, IT, and AI. The incubator provides a space where talents can develop innovative solutions for the country's challenges, symbolising the vision of a more connected, creative Mozambique prepared to lead digital transformation.
