Shawn Ntlhaile

Shawn Ntlhaile is a public leader advocating for ethical AI frameworks and inclusive digital infrastructure development across Botswana. Throughout 2025 and 2026, he spearheaded the validation of the national Artificial Intelligence Readiness Assessment Methodology report and promoted the formulation of the National Artificial Intelligence Policy 2026–2030 to ensure homegrown AI applications prioritize privacy, security, and socio-economic equity.
