Launched the 2025 AI and Disability Innovation study across Kenya, Ghana, and Rwanda. Develops Afrocentric datasets to address representation gaps in global AI models. Only African lab with a dedicated mandate to generate Afrocentric AI datasets, ensuring historically excluded communities are represented in AI systems. The 2025 disability inclusion study is the first of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa.
