Dr. Timnit Gebru

Dr. Timnit Gebru is a globally recognized computer scientist specializing in AI ethics and algorithmic bias. Born in Ethiopia to Eritrean parents, she immigrated to the U.S. as a refugee. She is the founder and executive director of the Distributed AI Research Institute (DAIR).
