Dr. Seydina Moussa Ndiaye is one of the leaders in AI education and policy in West Africa. He is a senior lecturer at the Université numérique Cheikh Hamidou Kane (UNCHK) from Senegal and was a member of the United Nations Secretary General's High Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence. He has academic interests in Digital Governance, ethical development of AI, and localised educational platforms for Francophone Africa.
