Augustin Kibassa Maliba

Minister Maliba launched work on the DRC's National Digital Plan 2026-2030 and the country's first National Artificial Intelligence Strategy in Kinshasa on October 8, 2025. He announced the creation of a Congolese Academy of Artificial Intelligence to train young talent, foster applied research, and spur local innovation, stating that "the ideal is not to submit to this revolution, but to lead it, for and by the Congolese people".
