The academy unveiled in November 2025 a landmark AI education partnership with Anthropic and the Government of Rwanda launching Chidi, an AI-powered learning companion built on Claude, and scaling its AI Career Essentials programme to 2,000 teachers and civil servants. The initiative includes one-year Claude Pro access and feeds into Rwanda's national AI policy.
